IBX YES workshops are created to introduce young people to the basic ideas, activities, and skills needed to successfully launch, lead, and grow a business.

Black & Minority Health Fair

IBE’s annual Summer Celebration provides the setting for the world’s most expansive health screening event targeting African Americans and minorities. The Black & Minority Health Fair is staged by the Indiana State Department of Health in IBE’s exhibition hall. Thousands of individuals, many of whom are elderly and/or indigent, have access to more than $2,000 in screenings and examinations at no cost. Demonstrations, presentations, an interactive stage and distribution of information are also features of this important highlight of every summer.

Shalom Dr. Danneé Neal Back-To-School Health Fair

After a two year hiatus due to the COVID-19 pandemic , Shalom will host it’s 14th Annual Dr. Danneé Neal Back-To-School Health Fair! The event will be held on Saturday, July 23, 2022 with the goal of providing health screenings, wellness education, and information to children and their families. It will include FREE school and sports physicals, immunizations, ten (10) different medical screenings, Kids’ Zone activities, bicycle and backpack giveaways, and much more!
